Sarah has a special interest in women’s health physiotherapy, including pregnancy-related conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and broader musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

She delivers patient-centred, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s goals, combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation. Sarah also incorporates Clinical Pilates where appropriate to support recovery, long-term injury management, and confidence in movement.

She works with women across all life stages, particularly during pregnancy and postnatal care, as well as individuals managing acute injuries, chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and fracture recovery.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Sarah spending time with family, walking in nature, and exploring great food and coffee spots.
