Declan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2009. Since graduating he spent a few years working at a private practice in the Hawkesbury while also being the team physio for the Penrith Rams AFL team.

He spent three years living in Pokhara, Nepal working in a small mission hospital and spending his downtime riding the surrounding hills on his mountain bike. He is currently studying a Masters of Philosophy (research) through the Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney, studying activation patterns of certain muscles around the shoulder and trunk.

Declan has experience treating a wide range of injuries and problems and enjoys helping people get back to good health to help them enjoy life, whatever that may involve.
