Key benefits:
4 ways our hydrotherapy service can help

Effective pain relief and strengthening for many conditions
Hydrotherapy has strong evidence for both pain relief and rehabilitation of arthritis, orthopaedic surgery, spinal surgery and other general musculoskeletal injuries.

Low impact exercise with big rewards
The bouyancy and warmth of the pool provides you with the ability to work your muscles without irritating your joints or post-surgical pain. If you normally get pain whilst exercising, hydrotherapy could be your answer.

Flexible locations and times
We utilise 2 locations to provide greater flexibility to our patients. Our 1-to-1 hydotherapy is performed at both Ripples in St Marys and Nepean Aquatic Centre in Penrith. Group classes are held at Nepean Aquatic Centre.

Suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike
You don’t need to be able to swim to do hydrotherapy. We utilise both deep and shallow water therapy whilst providing you with the hands on support necessary to achieve your goals in a safe environment.
Our hydrotherapy team:
1-to-1 and group based hydrotherapy tailored to your needs and abilities
We tailor our hydrotherapy program to you and your goals. Exercise in the pool can range from therapeutic offloading to vigorous strength and conditioning. Whatever you want to achieve – hydrotherapy could be a valuable addition to your recovery.
